  Honestly I came here thinking it would just be another open field, not really anything special ... but it was TOTALLY different once I actually walked around. The trails are really well maintained but not in a fake way just super natural looking and easy to follow. I even saw a group of kids playing in the creek and they were having a blast, it made me feel all nostalgic haha. Brought my dog along and he had the best time ever I could NOT get him to leave, he just kept rolling around the grass. Parking was easy and we definately enjoyed the quiet vibe without any crowds around. I will absolutly be comming back again with my friends for a lazy afternoon.

  Came here for a quick hike on a sunday and was really impressed by how well maintained the trails are even though it felt pretty quiet for a weekend morning. We saw deer and a couple of cool birds right off the path, which was a nice surprise since I didnt expect that much wildlife on a short loop. The parking lot is pretty small though so if you come later in the day you might have to park along the road definately keep that in mind. I wish there was a map at the trailhead that was a bit more clear because we ended up taking a wrong turn and had to backtrack like half a mile. overall a solid spot for an easy walk, nothing flashy but it does what it needs to do Ill probably come back when i want a quick nature break

  Always enjoy walking our dogs here. The peaceful beauty of the land is like eye candy, especially in the Fall and Spring seasons. Be careful once weather starts warming up as snakes will be up and about. It would be wise to keep your dog on a leash during warmer times. We sure appreciate having this area to use, but it would REALLY help if park management could scrape a few of the main trails as they are very uneven... Making it tricky to navigate for us humans LOL, not our dogs.

  Great spot for an easy stroll through a wide open space. Pretty flat with lots of smaller path options aside from the main trail. It's a hidden gem nestled in an Alpine neighborhood.

  Beautiful, open space. We didn’t make it too far down the trail as we got there just before sunset but it was a nice walk with the pup and family time. Will be back soon!
