A small park with a play structure kids call the tree house, big grass, seating and rubber surfacing instead of sand, next to food places and the sheriff's station. Plenty of parking. Reviewers repeatedly mention no restrooms and no water fountain, some smells, and people sleeping rough without incident.
This 5.5-acre neighborhood park on Cedar St pairs a kids' playground with an outdoor fitness court so the whole family can move together — a simple, no-cost stop for a morning play session or an after-dinner stroll.

Small but very different. The slides, swings and play set is nice. I had a great time with my two kids. It's right next to some food spots so that's great. Very quiet. But if you don't know the area, there are homeless around the area so sometimes they are there to enjoy the park as well. I've never had any problems. My kids loved playing here and call it a tree house park.
