A well-kept neighborhood park with a playground and a summer splash pad that's a lifesaver on hot Inland Empire afternoons. The whole thing is free — an easy no-plan outing when you just need to burn off energy. Pack towels and a change of clothes in summer, because kids will not leave the splash pad dry.

First time coming to this park. Actually got lost looking for the freeway and stumpled to this park. At first look it's an awesome park with enough space for kids little ones and older ones to play with. Unfortunately up close, the play structure definitely needs cleaning or a rebuilt. Maybe it's fine for Jurupa valley Park dept to reaccess this park and plan for a revitalization. Park workers should also maintain it better.... there were tons of spider webs and overally gave it an uncleaned atmosphere. Ample parking with shade (love trees!) And basketball court and restroom. If the park is renovated in the future we will definitely be back!

Vernola Family Park is a true gem, offering a serene escape into nature. From the moment you arrive, you're struck by the park's immaculate cleanliness and the abundance of vibrant flowers that add splashes of color everywhere you look. It's clear that great care is taken in maintaining this beautiful space. One of the highlights is the walking trail, which is wonderfully wide, providing ample room for a comfortable stroll. Even better, it's refreshingly uncrowded, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the calm, natural surroundings without feeling rushed or jostled. Whether you're looking for a peaceful walk, a quiet moment surrounded by blossoms, or just a clean and welcoming outdoor space, Vernola Family Park delivers on all fronts.

I like this park because of the big walking loop around the ball fields. It was closed due to treatment for gophers, but it's a nice little dirt path. There are several covered gazebos for picnics with some grills available. There is a large grassy hill, several benches, and two playgrounds. One is for smaller kids. There are also two half-basketball courts. The bathrooms are clean, too.

This park was absolutely huge! There was nobody there and it had a track like trail to walk that was perfect to take my two dogs for a stroll. The grass was green and there was an area with playground equipment and huts to sit under for eating or resting. I had such a great time and so did the furries.

Great park! Has 2 different playgrounds, swings, and large shaded areas with benches/tables with grills between the 2 playgrounds. Has a basketball court, restrooms and large baseball fields down below. Lots of parking. Well kept and clean. No homeless seen.
