Easy, open trails at their best when spring wildflowers bloom. There is a parking fee plus a separate per-person trail charge, so check costs before setting out. Reviewers say the entry queue can stretch to an hour by late morning, so go early. Allow a couple of hours. One reviewer met a snake on the trail.
Large reservoir with shoreline trails, a marina, seasonal fishing, and an aquatic center for paddling.

Diamond Valley Lake offers a beautiful easy trail for wild flower blooms viewing in early spring. There is a parking fee of $11 and the wild flower trail has an additional $4 per person fee. There is plenty of parking and the area is well maintained. Would love to go back to ride bikes around the entire lake loop.

By far one of the nicest lakes I’ve been to. They have nice bass boats with basic trolling motor and a graph at the console. Very nice way to get into the nice coves. I landed a few gorgeous fish. I highly recommend. The lake is clean and the staff are incredibly helpful.
