A naturalist leads a two-hour paddle through the Upper Newport Bay Ecological Reserve, covering the birds, endangered species and history of the estuary. The tour launches from the Newport Aquatic Center, and beginners are welcome. It's a good way to see the Back Bay's birds up close with older kids.
