  SO disappointing. My kids love this place. And it’s nice that they have tables to sit at. But they change their schedule constantly. There are very few days they ever open at 10am. I checked the schedule last night and it said they open at 10am today and tomorrow. When me and 2 other moms showed up this morning, they were closed. I called and told them the website said they’d be open and their response was, “Sorry, no.” The kids have fun here, but it’s almost not worth it to try to schedule . Not when I have to pack all the kids in and out of the car in HOPES that the hours are correct. The people are really nice, and the play place serves its purpose, but I need a place that is consistent and professional.

  We recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Seascape, and it was truly one of the best birthday party experiences we've ever had! We booked a private party, and everything was so well organized from start to finish. The best part was that the staff took care of decorating and setting up all of our birthday decorations. I literally didn't have to do anything! I've been to so many birthday parties where parents are stressed trying to decorate before guests arrive, but Seascape completely took that stress away. I was able to relax, enjoy the celebration, and spend time making memories with my family and friends. The staff and our party host were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service made us feel so well taken care of throughout the entire event. If you're looking for the perfect indoor playground to host a birthday party, I highly recommend Seascape. The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and so much fun for both the kids and adults. Thank you for making our daughter's special day so memorable—we'll definitely be back!
