From our editor — we've been

Anaheim Packing House is just a cool spot to go and have some amazing food — the girls love it, picking out whatever they're in the mood for. There's real variety across the two floors: Black Sheep Grilled Cheese Bar, Rolling Boil, Urbana, Adya, Georgia's, Randy's Donuts, Sumo Dog, Le Parfait Paris, Mangal Mediterranean, Marrakesh, and plenty more. It's just a fun place to grab food and hang out.

💡 Local tip: Parking can be tight, but valet is right out front if you don't want to hunt for a spot.

A restored 1919 citrus-packing warehouse turned two-level indoor food hall with dozens of independent stalls and regular live music. Entirely indoors and free to walk into.

Plan your visit to Anaheim Packing House

Researched from the venue and public sources, not a first-hand visit. How we write these

How long to spend
Most visits are a meal plus some browsing, roughly an hour or two; a stroll through the neighboring Farmers Park and MAKE building can extend it.
Best time to go
Friday through Sunday around lunchtime is the peak, when seating is hard to find. A weekday dinner or an early arrival is more relaxed with kids.
Parking & getting there
Self-parking is in the Packing House lot (enter from Anaheim Boulevard) and the lot on Claudina Street to the south, and valet is available; the main lot fills quickly on weekends. Street parking nearby has city restrictions, so read the signs.
Best ages
Best for families with kids old enough to choose their own food; seating is communal, with bar stools, swings, and tables spread across two floors. Elevators connect the levels, and the accessible ramp is at the north entry.
Food
Dozens of independent vendors serve a wide mix of global food, burgers, and gourmet grilled cheese, with dessert stops such as Popbar gelato and Okayama Kobo Bakery. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the Packing House.
What to bring
Patience for finding a table at peak times; grabbing seats before ordering helps when the hall is full.
Rain or heat plan
The food hall itself is fully indoors. For more indoor time nearby, MUZEO Museum and Cultural Center is a short walk away, and Anaheim ICE is within half a mile.

Common questions

Can you bring outside food into the Anaheim Packing House?

No. Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the Packing House or its affiliated venues.

Is parking free at the Anaheim Packing House?

There is a self-park lot behind the building and a second lot on Claudina Street, plus paid valet. The lots fill quickly on weekends, so arrive early or plan to circle.

Is the Anaheim Packing House good for kids?

It works well for families who want variety, since each person can pick a different vendor. Weekend lunch crowds can make it hard to find seating with small children.

How far is the Anaheim Packing House from Disneyland?

It is in downtown Anaheim, a few minutes' drive north of the Disneyland Resort. Walking from the Harbor Boulevard hotels takes 25 minutes or more, so most visitors drive.

This used to be my lunch time to go since I used to work nearby back in couple decades ago. It’s still the same with great vibe and plenty of great places for good foods, good drinks. Plenty of choices of varies of type of foods from different international countries. There are bar and crafted cocktails place (which is fantastic the Blind Rabbit), plenty of indoor and outdoor patio seatings. Nice and clean inside and very spacious overall. Parking can be tough (all the time), there is valid parking, street parking but if you’re here on weekends or holidays - you’re better prepare urself to wait at least 45-1hr for spot or park several blocks away. Definitely a great place for family or friend outing.

an excellent food court experience. There is something for everyone and no pressure for everyone to agree on the same thing. The environment is fun and family friendly. There are number of places that serve alcohol that can be carried to your table. A variety of different types of food are available and can be ordered and then eaten in a common area. Certain nights of the week include live music, such as the Last Call Quartet, who we got to enjoy while dining.
