  First time coming to big bear and came across this place through Google. It seemed fun on the website and it listed the prices for each ride / per person. I came here because I wanted to try the coaster and the soaring eagle. We started off with the Alpine Slide. That was pretty neat. You go up a chairlift and are able to see the lake on your way up. The coaster was closed and the staff kept telling me that it would open in 20 mins ( i stayed for 1 hour and asked twice). The soaring eagle did not live up to my expectation. I thought it would go through the woods but really it was only going up to a certain point and going back down. Although it was advertised as "soar down the mountain", when in reality, it didnt go Up to the mountains. I will say that while we were waiting for our turn on the soaring eagle, a guest asked the staff member if they could call someone to the booth because they wanted to purchase tickets. Now, the guest was sort of in the wrong since there was clearly a big yellow sign indicating to buy tickets inside but as soon as they left, the employee gave an attitude on how the guest should've read the sign... that was uncalled for. We didn't try the mini golf as it was extremely mini. We almost missed it because it was tucked away in a corner next to the go carts. Staff seemed very indifferent. Not rude, and not nice either. That kind of made the experience dull. After wasting and hour here, we left. It wasn't busy considering it was spring break for some. Unfortunately I doubt I'll stop by again if I'm ever in town.

  Had so much fun at this place and the kids loved it. It’s a must while in Big Bear. Come early though because the lines can get very long. Side note: their bathrooms are very old and dirty. For the place being so busy, you would think they’d renovate it.
