Channel Islands Harbor Parade of Lights
Oxnard, CA
Free to watch
By Simir Shah
Decorated, lit-up boats parade through the harbor. 2026 is the 60th parade, with the theme "Aloha Afloat." Arrive early to claim a waterfront viewing spot, and bring layers because harbor evenings are chilly.
