Chula Vista's second-oldest park (land bought in 1937) sits one block from Third Avenue and has play equipment, restrooms, a lawn and the Memorial Bowl amphitheater. The Parkway Community Center, gym and Parkway Aquatic Center share the site, so it is an easy add-on to a downtown stroll.
