This 1927 Spanish Colonial Revival estate on the bluff above the pier has gardens with sweeping ocean views. Its Free Family Sundays and Casa Kids programs (art activities, Storybook Sunday, a Teddy Bear Christmas Tea) are aimed at kids. Construction is ongoing: the Ocean Terrace and some gardens reopened on Sept 1, 2026, but the Amphitheater, Woodland Garden and Native Bowl are still closed and onsite parking is limited.
