The city's fireworks night at York Field, 9110 Santa Fe Springs Rd, with food trucks, inflatables and live music. Pets, BBQs and alcohol aren't allowed, and personal fireworks are illegal in Whittier. A morning flag raising and Freedom Walk at Palm Park has also been part of the day.
