The 5.5-mile parade starts at Orange Grove Blvd and Green St, then runs east along Colorado Blvd, where most people watch. Sidewalk viewing is free, and curbside camping is allowed from noon on Dec 31, but you can't move up to the blue line until 11pm. Bring your own chairs and take the Metro A Line, because parking near the route is scarce and paid.
