A small neighborhood park on W. Olive Ave that was fully renovated in 2022–23. It has two age-appropriate playgrounds with soft surfacing and Pacific Electric Red Car–themed play features, plus a lighted walking path with distance markers. Interpretive signs, in English and Spanish, tell the history of the Red Car line that once ran through the site.
