A 25-acre sports park at 7050 Phelps Road, behind Camino Real Marketplace, that is privately owned and operated by a nonprofit foundation rather than the city. It has a playground, basketball courts, and fields used by Little League and youth soccer, and it hosts the Goleta Lemon Festival. There's no off-leash dog area. Picnic reservations go through the foundation.
