A free two-day festival run by the Torrance Sister City Association at the Ken Miller Recreation Center. It has taiko, dance, tea ceremony, kimono dressing and free hands-on origami and calligraphy demos. Food booths serve yakisoba, curry rice and dango, and proceeds fund a student exchange with Kashiwa, Japan.
