A paved Class I bike path that is planned to run 21 miles along the SPRINTER line from Oceanside to Escondido. The city page says SANDAG received funding to fill the last 2-mile Vista gap between Civic Center Drive and North Drive, so check SANDAG's map for open segments before you ride. Completed sections are flat and car-free, good for kids on bikes.
