The Victorian Whitaker-Jaynes House holds heirlooms donated by Walter and Cordelia Knott, and the Bacon House is the city's oldest surviving structure, with newspaper-lined walls that kept out drafts. Tours are free for groups under 10; larger groups need 10 days' notice.
