A flat loop around the lake that reviewers walk in about half an hour, with public restrooms and a lot of birds. Boat rentals and fishing are available. Reports on upkeep conflict sharply: several call it well maintained, another describes heavy trash and encampments along the trail.

A swan-boat lake ringed by a flat 1.3-mile path and cherry trees that burst into pink blossom each spring — easy biking, ducks, and picnics in the heart of the Valley. The 27-acre lake is filled with reclaimed water from the nearby Tillman Water Reclamation Plant and sits inside the much larger Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area, so there's room to wander well beyond the lake loop.

One of my favorite places to walk my dog, especially at sunset. The lake looks beautiful in the evening, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. There’s plenty of space to walk, enjoy the views, and unwind after a long day. It can get a little busy on weekends, but I always enjoy coming back.
