Update- changing from 3 to 4 stars. The 4 star rating is for the park on weekday mornings. Its mainly walkers, joggers and dog walkers, very peaceful. Beautiful small park but hit or miss depending on attendees. I have been to this park quite a few times and I really enjoy it. When everyone is respectful, it's a gem of a park. Quiet, relaxing, and a wonderful place to walk my dogs. Grass is very green, lots of trees, and very well maintained. The issue is this park is a 20 minute drive for me and to drive here and then have to immediately leave is disappointing. There are times when trucks and cars will park in the parking lot and blast rap music so loud it's heard throughout the park. The last time I went there, a large group arrived in the parking lot and started playing loud rap music and then a second group arrived driving three wheel and two wheel motorcycles. They drove through the picnic areas, large grassy sports field and parking lot at reckless speeds. They drove past me and my two small dogs so fast I was afraid of being hit. The motorcycles were doing stunts very close to park attendees. I immediately left and noticed other families packing up and leaving too. So when it's regular folks and families at the park, this park is wonderful, but depending on attendees, the vibe at the park can change in an instant.

Nice community park. Clean, safe, beautiful green grass. Baseball/Football/Soccer fields well kept. In fact the entire park is kept well. Outside restrooms and water fountains are very clean. The park recently added EV charging stations on the Van Ness side of the park. Great safe place for people to charge their vehicles. Sheriff's patrol the park regularly and are very nice to park patrons. They have two admin buildings that are well kept also. Children's play area. Basketball courts and tennis courts. Walking paths and lots of grass. My dog loves going for walks at this park!
