A GameTime National Demonstration Site inclusive playground at 39700 30th St. West, built on the 7 Principles of Inclusive Playground Design, with full rubber surfacing, a ramped structure, a Rock N Raft and a separate 574 sq. ft. music area. It is dedicated to a local girl, Courtney Triana. It shares the address with the city's community building there, a stop on many free park events.
