The 8.3-acre civic park at 13000 Clarkdale Ave is home base for the Arts & Sports Complex, the Aquatic Pavilion and many of the city's big events. That includes the summer concerts and the Holiday Festival. Youth memberships for ages 8–17 cover the basketball and racquetball courts but not the fitness center.
