An easy, mostly level 5.2-mile Forest Service path along the north shore that works for strollers, wheelchairs, bikes and scooters. It runs through a tunnel under Hwy 38 to the Cougar Crest trailhead and on to the Big Bear Discovery Center. From late November to early April, watch for wintering bald eagles.
