A 15.6-acre park at 13380 Frederick St., a short walk from the Civic Center, with a skate park, a playground, four lighted soccer fields and a walking path. Restrooms, barbecues and four small picnic shelters (reservable through the city) make it an easy spot for a birthday picnic.
