The city's 17,000 sq ft rec hub across from Ayala High. It runs the free after-school Teen Activity Center for grades 9-12 (weekdays 3:30-4:30pm, with billiards, ping pong and study space) and recreation classes. Outside there's a passive park with a walking loop (three laps is a mile) and a bike repair station.
