Constitution Park is a great place to spend time outdoors with family and friends. The park is clean, well maintained, and offers plenty of open green space to relax, play, or enjoy a picnic. Cute park. Was able to get in a mile by walking the gounds as well as around City Hall. The roses and trees are so beautiful. But the unfortunate thing is that there are no public restrooms. There are porta potties but they are fenced off and probably only used for events in the park. So not a park to spend a lot of time at which is probably why it's so peaceful.
