The city says locals call this 6.8-acre park "Butterfly Park" because of the monarch migration that passes through. It has a playground, picnic tables and open grass, with parking on the street. Visit in late fall or winter for the best chance of seeing monarchs clustered in the trees, and don't disturb them.
