Mile Square Regional Park has two fishing lakes, North Lake (by the Edinger entrance, where the swan boats are) and South Lake (near Warner). Kids under 16 fish without a license; everyone 16 and older needs a California fishing license, and state Fish & Wildlife rules apply. Playgrounds and picnic areas are close to both lakes.
