Every single employee was on point. Jamin was outstanding, high energy and very charismatic. Hailey was an absolute Rockstar for her rescue of my daughter and absolute patience. These guys and gals could of easily gotten frustrated but they showed care beyond what i could of asked for. Last but definitely not least Camille. She also showed my daughter patience, encouraged everyone, and made the course fun. They deserve a raise in pay as it was super fun. Thanks for making my birthday great!

Abby and Bailey were outstanding guides and we had a ton of fun! Intermediate course provided just the right amount of challenge to prime us to tackle the advance (black diamond) course. Advanced course was very difficult but we conquered it (with guidance from Abby)! Highly recommend if planning a visit to Catalina! We will be sure to do it again!
